Charles Quittner (he/they) is a stage director based in London from Brooklyn and Miami who puts on a helluva pizza party. Quoted as “having fun with futility” by the NYTimes, they emerged moments after New York lockdown with backyard cabarets that brought the most razzmataz queer artists back to live performance in the safe outdoors with Live! at the Boscoe Barles Backyard Center for the Performing Arts, Grandma Loves You. and Cory and Smin’s Love Conquers the Earth. They’re the founder of Forklift Reading Series @Loading Dock, Shuga Pie Supreme, and a 2018 Drama League resident artist.
